Former Jaguars and Giants Receiver Signed

The Bears added a wide receiver to their practice squad while releasing practice squad kicker John Parker Romo.
The receiver added is Collin Johnson, a fifth-round draft pick in 2020 by the Jacksonville Jaguars.
Johnson is 6-foot-6, 228 pounds and made 188 receptions for 2,624 yards with 15 touchdowns for Texas from 2016-19.

WRs Kevin Austin, Trinity Benson, Jalen Camp, Johnson, James Proche & Malik Turner worked with QB Danny Etling.
With Jacksonville, Johnson had 18 catches for 272 yards and two TDs as a rookie and suffered a hamstring injury near the end of his rookie year as he finished on injured reserve.
The Jaguars waived him the following season end the end of training camp and the Giants had him but he suffered a torn Achilles during 2022 preseason after he had played in 12 games for the Giants in 2021 and made 11 receptions for 105 yards.
