Jaylon Johnson had pronounced making All-Pro as more important than being named to the Pro Bowl and he'll find out shortly if he attained that status.

However, on Tuesday he and teammate DJ Moore did earn Pro Football Focus' version of all-pro status.

Johnson was named first team PFF all-pro cornerback while Moore made second team for wide receivers.

Johnson, who is slated to become a free agent in March, joined Dallas' Daron Bland and Sauce Gardner of the Jets as the first-team cornerbacks.

Seattle's Devon Witherspoon, Washington's Kendall Fuller and Kansas City's Trent McDuffie were named the second-team cornerbacks.

Johnson finished the regular season as PFF's highest-graded cornerback with a 90.8 overall grade and was the highest-graded cornerback for coverage at 91.0.

PFF has labeled Johnson the eighth-best free agent available this year and projects he'll be given a franchise tag by the Bears.

The franchise tag this year for cornerbacks is projected by Overthecap.com to be at $18.4 million. Cornerbacks given the transition free agent tag would receive a projected $15.9 million.

Moore was one of five wide receivers from the NFC to be named to the PFF all-pro team.

Miami's Tyreek Hill, Dallas' CeeDee Lamb and San Francisco's Brandon Aiyuk are the first-team All-Pros at receiver. Moore, Philadelpha's A.J. Brown and Detroit's Amon-Ra St. Brown are the receivers on the second team.

Moore hit career highs for receptions (96), yards (1,364) and touchdown catches (8) in his first season with the Bears after coming over in the trade that gave the Panthers the first pick in the 2023 draft.
