The Matchup: After losing a double digit lead in a fourth quarter for the third time, the Bears and Justin Fields still have a very remote chance as a wild-card team but must win all three starting with this game against Arizona, which is currently No. 3 in the draft order for next spring. QB Kyler Murray leads the Cardinals, who have won two of his five starts since returning from an ACL injury he suffered last season.

The Series: The 93rd game in a series that started in 1920 when the Cardinals were tje Racine Cardinals and Bears the Decatur Staleys.  The Bears lead 57-29-6.

The Coaches: Cardinals coach Jonathan Gannon is 3-11 in his first season and hasn't faced the Bears.  Bears coach Matt Eberflus is 8-23 in his second season and has not faced the Cardinals.

Last Week: The Cardinals were coming off an upset win at Pittsburgh and were thoroughly beaten by San Francisco at home 45-29 as Brock Purdy threw for four touchdowns. The Bears held a 17-7 lead in the fourth quarter at Cleveland and had a fourth-down gamble stopped to start the fourth quarter, then gave up 13 fourth-quarter points and lost 20-17 to the Browns despite taking the ball away three times.

Noteable:  Bears LB Tremaine Edmunds made his fourth interception of the season last week and returned it for a 45-yard interception that was the second Bears pick-6 of the year. Jaylon Johnson made the first one earlier this year. ...  Bears WR DJ Moore needs 71 receiving yards to beat his career-high total of 1,193. He has reached his career single-season high of seven TD catches and is 14 receptions from breaking his mark for a season (93). ... The Bears have 60 runs of 10 yards or longer and have dropped from first in this category to third. ... TE Cole Kmet made his 200th career reception and 15th TD catch last week. ... CB Johnson has a career-high four interceptions and is tied for the team lead with Edmunds ... Second-year Cardinals TE Trey McBride made 10 catches against the 49ers to reach 66 for the year, the most by a tighte end in franchise history for a single season. His second 100-yard game receiving this season marked the first time this ever happened for a tight end since the Cardinals moved to Arizona from St. Louis. ... Cardinals wide receivers caught only four passes last week against the 49ers. ... The Cardinals, seventh in rushing, had a season-high 234 rushing yards last week against the 49ers, who were ranked No. 1 against the run at the time. This week the Cardinals are facing the new No. 1 rushing defense, the Bears.
