Interest in the Bears is sure to be high nationally and so it's appropriate two of their preseason games will be national telecasts.

NFL Network has released its preseason schedule of 23 live televised games and the first two Bears preseason games are on the league's national cable network. The first one is Saturday, Aug. 12 at noon against Tennessee at Soldier Field.

The second one is at Indianapolis, Saturday, Aug. 19 at 6 p.m. Both kickoffs are Chicago time.

All the preseason games were scheduled for Fox-32 locally. So the national telecast means viewers outside the Chicago area will get to see the first two preseason games.

The third preseason game remains a Fox local telecast.  The last game is Aug. 26 at noon against Buffalo at Soldier Field.

Adam Amin and Jim Miller are the announcers for Bears preseason games.

The 23-game national slate on NFL Network for preseason opens Thursday, Aug. 10 with a game between Houston and New England at 6 p.m., followed by the Vikings at Seattle at 9 p.m.
