DJ Reader on Myles Murphy: 'He's Got Juice, I Like Him'
CINCINNATI β Bengals defensive tackle DJ Reader appeared on the Wincinnati podcast recently, and had Myles Murphy as one of his top choices at No. 28.
Cincinnati used that selection to draft the Clemson defensive end.
"Myles Murphy is a really high third (choice) man because you don't see kids that size that can run like that," Reader said on the Wincinnati Podcast. "He got moves, he got juice. I like him."
Reader's wish got fulfilled as the 21-year-old edge rusher takes his talents to Paycor Stadium. Murphy should be an immediate rotational contributor on the Bengals' defensive front.
Both players cut their teeth along the Clemson defensive line before playing in the NFL. Check out the video of Reader discussing Murphy below.Β
