Joe Burrow Judges Off Performance Against Ravens In Postgame Locker Room

The passer did not post his usual efficient marks.

CINCINNATI — Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow had a rare off performance this past Sunday and the passer apologized to his receivers for it afterward.

He finished 25-of-42 for 212 yards and 1 touchdown in the 27-16 win over Baltimore. It was just Burrow's third career game under 60% passing.

"I played like sh*t today, guys. I gotta be better for you," Burrow said on Ja'Marr Chase's Instagram live.

Burrow hammered that home in his postgame comments to the media.

“Did not like the way I played today. I missed throws I usually make, but I won’t miss those again," Burrow said. “Just missed some throws I usually hit. Not usually—always hit. I got to be better.”

Burrow followed up his last sub-60% outing with a four-TD showing against Tampa Bay.

Cincinnati and Baltimore run it back in the Wild Card round on Sunday at 8:15 p.m. ET. The game is available on NBC via fuboTV—start your free trial here.
