CINCINNATI — The Bengals dealt with a bit of chaos amidst Thursday's joint practice with the Bears but it didn't phase Joe Burrow.

Cincinnati's franchise quarterback enjoyed the work even though his unit showed sloppiness against the NFC opponent.

"It's tough to hold and tough to throw a ball outside the numbers and down the field, but it was good to get that work," Burrow said about the slippery practice where he reportedly threw multiple interceptions.

He made it through the rainy practice healthy and ready to attack more days as training camp hits the midway point. Cincinnati is a little over three weeks from the start of the 2024 season.

"Health-wise, player-wise, yeah, I'm happy with where I'm at," Burrow noted. "We got a couple more weeks of good work before we play our first game, so a lot of reps to improve on, but moving in the right direction. ... We'll see when Week One comes, but I feel like our run game is matching up with our play action it's matching up with all of our formations really well right now. O-Line is really happy with the schemes that we have in, so we're moving in the right direction."
