Bengals' Potential Target Impresses Ahead of NFL Draft

This is a good sign for those hoping the Bengals add multiple O-lineman on the first two days of the draft

CINCINNATI — Quinn Meinerz suffered a broken hand during Senior Bowl week. He played through the injury and saw his draft stock rise because of it.

The Wisconsin-Whitewater alum showed off his power, strength and athleticism in front of NFL scouts. He doubled down by testing like an elite athlete at his pro day.

Meinerz couldn't bench at the pro day because of his hand injury. That didn't stop him from benching last week when he was fully healed.

He did 33 reps of 225 pounds. It was even more impressive since he was limited by his broken hand. His mix of strength and athleticism might've solidified his status has a day two draft pick.

Meinerz joins fellow interior linemen Creed Humphrey, Ben Cleveland and Landon Dickerson on the list of elite athletes that could be taken at the end of round one or on day two of the draft.

The Bengals need offensive line help. The good news is there are plenty of guys in this draft that can come in and fill their biggest need.
