Iowa Center Tyler Linderbaum Posts Impressive Numbers at Pro Day Ahead of 2022 NFL Draft

The 22-year-old is considered the top center in the draft.

CINCINNATI — Tyler Linderbaum solidified his status as the top center in the 2022 NFL Draft on Monday afternoon.

The 22-year-old posted impressive numbers at his Pro Day.

Linderbaum ran a 4.98 40-yard dash, including a 2.58 second 20-yard split. He's one of the best athletes in the entire draft. His 7.14 second 3-cone was first among center prospects.

He suffered a foot injury that kept him from working out for NFL teams at the combine. Linderbaum answered any questions about his athleticism on Monday.

He has historically short (31.125-inch) arms, but would be a great fit in the Bengals' offense. He is a center-only, but should become an elite run blocker in the NFL.
