Major Outlet Names Tight End as Bengals' Best Day-Two Draft Fit

Cincinnati has three picks on Day Two on the 2024 NFL Draft.

CINCINNATI —  The Bengals boast multiple picks on the second day of the NFL Draft and PFF thinks Ja'Tavion Sanders should get one of the slots.

Dalton Wasserman has the texas tight end as the best Day Two fit for Cincinnati.

"Ja'Tavion Sanders is the best receiving option beyond Brock Bowers among this year’s tight end class. He would provide an excellent vertical option for Joe Burrow up the seam," Wasserman wrote. "His ability to catch balls outside of his frame is remarkable, and he did not drop any of his 67 targets in 2023."

Cincinnati may be just outside of Bowers' range after he wowed with some private athletic testing this week.

Sanders is the consensus 53rd-best player in the draft and second-best tight end behind Bowers. Cincinnati could reach a bit in the second round or wait for him to fall to Pick 80.
