Bengals Cornerback Chidobe Awuzie Cleared for Practice Ahead of Training Camp
CINCINNATI — Bengals cornerback Chidobe Awuzie passed his physical and was cleared to practice on Tuesday. He was placed on the Physically Unable to Perform list earlier this week.
Cincinnati's first training camp practice is Wednesday afternoon.
Awuzie suffered a torn ACL on Oct. 31. Bengals Director of Player Personnel Duke Tobin made it clear that the veteran would likely be cleared when talking with the media on Monday.
La'el Collins, Mitch Wilcox and Devin Cochran are the three players on the Bengals roster that remain on the PUP list.
