Bengals Head Coach Zac Taylor Shares Optimistic Injury Updates on Orlando Brown Jr. and Geno Stone
CINCINNATI — The Bengals star left tackle Orlando Brown Jr. will start on Sunday against the Eagles, despite suffering a knee/calf injury.
Head coach Zac Taylor confirmed the news on Friday. He also said that safety Geno Stone will play. Stone was carted off the field in the fourth quarter of Cincinnati's Week 7 win over Cleveland.
X-Rays were negative and Stone will play on Sunday, despite being sore and limited in practice this week.
We'll get the official game status report on Friday afternoon, but having Stone and Brown is big for the Bengals in their quest to get to 4-4 this season.
