Bengals Make Multiple Roster Moves Ahead of AFC Title Game Against Chiefs

Cincinnati plays Kansas City on Sunday.

KANSAS CITY — The Bengals elevated wide receiver Trent Taylor and defensive tackle Damion Square from the practice squad for Sunday's AFC Championship Game against the Chiefs.

Taylor will serve as Cincinnati's primary punt returner.

Square signed with the team on Tuesday. He'll instantly become part of Lou Anarumo's defensive line rotation.

Square is in his eighth season. He's spent time with the Eagles, Chiefs, Chargers, Browns, Saints, Bears and Raiders.

He has 120 tackles, seven sacks and nine passes defensed in 100 career games.

Square spent the season with the Raiders. He had three tackles (one for loss) in the Bengals' 26-19 win over Las Vegas at Paul Brown Stadium in the Wild Card round of the playoffs.

He's set to become the first player in NFL history to play against a team in the playoffs and then play for that team in the same postseason according to Elias Sports.
