Bengals Open As Underdogs In Divisional Round Against Buffalo

Cincinnati has missed consecutive spread covers for the first time all season.

CINCINNATI — The oddsmakers have spoken, making Cincinnati a four-point underdog on the road against Buffalo this coming weekend.

The line opened with Buffalo favored by six points, but bettors quickly jumped on the Bengals to bring it down. Cincinnati won 24-17 against Baltimore but failed to cover its second-straight spread (-7.5).

It marked the first time in Joe Burrow's career he's lost a spread in under 40-degree weather.

It's the first instance since Weeks 1 and 2 that Cincinnati has lost two straight games against the spread. The Bengals were a one-point underdog in Week 17. That's increased a bit with the flipped venues.

Cincinnati and Buffalo meet in the Divisional round this Sunday at 3 p.m. ET on CBS. The game is available via fuboTV—start your free trial here.
