It's Official: Bengals Win Back-to-Back AFC North Championships For First Time in Team History

Cincinnati is 11-4 entering Sunday's season-finale against Baltimore.
In this story:

CINCINNATI — The Bengals are AFC North Champions for a second-consecutive season for the first time in team history.

Cincinnati, 11-4, has officially clinched the division title after the NFL announced that it won't resume the Bengals' Week 17 matchup against the Bills.

That means Baltimore won't be able to watch Cincinnati in the standings (10-6), even if they beat the Bengals on Sunday at Paycor Stadium.

Cincinnati has won back-to-back division titles just one other time in team history. They won the AFC Central in 1981 and 1982.

The Bengals have won seven-straight games and are hoping to host a home playoff game for a second-straight year. If they beat Baltimore on Sunday, they'll not only clinch a top three seed in the AFC playoffs, but they're guaranteed to host a home playoff game in the Wild Card round.

The Bengals-Bills cancellation makes things complicated. For more details on potential playoff scenarios, go here.

The Bengals and Ravens clash at 1 p.m. ET this Sunday on CBS. Watch via fuboTV—start your free trial here.
