CINCINNATI — The Chiefs are undefeated and they just got better.

Kansas City is finalizing a trade for former All-Pro wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins according to ESPN's Adam Schefter. Hopkins is in the final year of his contract with the Titans. He has 15 catches for 173 yards and one touchdown this season.

The Chiefs are the Bengals' biggest rival. They beat Cincinnati 26-25 in Week 2. Hopkins gives Patrick Mahomes another proven option on offense. The veteran should help fill the void left behind by Rashee Rice, who suffered a season-ending knee injury earlier this year.

The Chiefs are sending a conditional fifth-round pick to the Titans that could become a fourth rounder according to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network.
