Cleveland Browns Star Deshaun Watson Suffers Torn Achilles
CINCINNATI — Browns quarterback Deshaun Watson did suffer a torn Achilles in Sunday's loss to the Bengals according to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network.
The former Pro Bowl quarterback will miss the rest of the 2024 season. Watson suffered the injury after planting on his leg in the backfield. It was a non-contact injury.
Watson has two years left on his contract. He signed a 5-year, $230 million contract with the Browns in 2022.
