Ja'Marr Chase's Trainer Hints at New Contract With Bengals: 'Earned Every Penny!'

CINCINNATI — The Bengals are closing in on a contract extension with star wide receiver Ja'Marr Chase, league sources have confirmed.
Chase, 25, led the NFL in receptions (127), receiving yards (1,708) and receiving touchdowns (17). He's just the fifth player since the merger to win the Triple Crown.
And he's set to become the highest-paid non-quarterback in NFL history.
Chase's trainer Mo Wells gave Chase a shoutout on Instagram with the star receiver set to make history.
"Never cheated the grind not ONE time!" he wrote. "Earned every penny!"
Chase responded quickly and clearly wasn't going to break any news on Instagram.
"Damn, you know more than me? he asked. "Lol how much then?"
The Bengals took Chase with the fifth overall pick in the 2021 NFL Draft. Since then, he's racked up 395 receptions for 5,425 receiving yards and 46 touchdowns in four seasons.
