Look: Josh Newton Posts '91 Loading' About Trey Hendrickson Negotiations

Cincinnati is trying to lock in its star players to new deals.

CINCINNATI — Reports are flying around that Trey Hendrickson and the Bengals are back trying to negotiate a new deal. 

Cornerback Josh Newton added more intrigue to the situation by posting "91 Loading" on X this morning.

Newton just wrapped up his rookie season with the Bengals and first as teammates with Hendrickson. They do not share an agency, so there is no tie-in to glean there, but it's still an encouraging sign that the two sides are working out their differences.

The Bengals took Newton in the fifth-round (149th overall) in the 2024 NFL Draft. He appeared in all 17 games for Cincinnati as a rookie.

Hendrickson is slated to make $16 million in the final year of his Bengals contract in 2025. Check out Newton's post below:
