Seahawks Trading Russell Wilson to Broncos for Multiple First Round Draft Picks and Players

Wow.

The Seahawks are trading Russell Wilson to the Broncos in exchange for two first-round picks, two second round selections and multiple players according to ESPN's Adam Schefter.

Denver has been looking for a long-term solution at quarterback. They've negotiated with Seattle for weeks according to multiple reports.

Wilson, 33, is a nine-time Pro Bowler and led the Seahawks to a Super Bowl Championship in 2013. The Broncos will also receive a fourth round pick.

Quarterback Drew Lock, tight end Noah Fant and defensive tackle Shelby Harris are headed to Seattle in the deal. The Seahawks will also receive two first round picks, two seconds and a fifth round selection.

This deal makes the AFC that much tougher. The conference is loaded with talented quarterbacks.

The Bengals have Joe Burrow, the Chiefs have Patrick Mahomes, the Bills have Josh Allen, the Ravens have Lamar Jackson and the Chargers have Justin Herbert.

Cincinnati doesn't play Denver next season, but they could meet in the playoffs.

Wilson has to approve the trade for it to become official, but it looks like he's headed to Denver.
