Sources: Bengals Still Interested in Teven Jenkins, Despite Scheduled Visit With Seahawks

CINCINNATI — The Bengals are still interested in signing Teven Jenkins in free agency, league sources have confirmed.
Jenkins, 27, has a visit scheduled with the Seahawks on Monday.
The former second round pick spent the past four seasons in Chicago. The Bengals, Giants and Seahawks have showed the most interest in Jenkins this week.
The visit with Seattle could be a leverage play by Jenkins. The Bengals probably shouldn't let him take that visit if they're serious about signing him.

Jenkins posted a 75.4 overall grade according to Pro Football Focus last season. He has at 72.6 overall PFF grade in each of the past three seasons.
He's PFF's 29th ranked free agent. Jenkins is projected to sign a three-year, $40 million contract.
The Bengals have a serious need at guard. They released Alex Cappa earlier this month and benched Cordell Volson late in the 2024 season.
Adding two starting guards is crucial and there are multiple veterans that could start for them and be an upgrade, including Jenkins.
