Watch: Why Bengals May Not Reach Long-Term Deal With Trey Hendrickson in Near Future

The Bengals may plan on making a run at Hendrickson, but it may take some time to reach an agreement.

CINCINNATI — The Cincinnati Bengals are signing Ja'Marr Chase and Tee Higgins to record-breaking four-year extensions that will keep them in the Queen City for the rest of their prime.

Those deals will officially be announced on Tuesday afternoon.

What about Trey Hendrickson? Is he next? Will the Bengals sign the NFL sack leader to a new contract?

He's entering the final year of his current deal and would like more years and certainly more money. His base salary is set at $16 million for the 2025 campaign.
