Zac Taylor Shares Update on Bengals' Star Wide Receiver Ja'Marr Chase

Chase will miss multiple games.

CINCINNATI — Bengals head coach Zac Taylor shared an update about star wide receiver Ja'Marr Chase after Thursday's practice. 

"He has a hip injury. He's gonna miss some time and he will make a full recovery," Taylor said. "Right now that's the information we have. We have a couple more days this week to make decisions on IR [injured reserve]."

If the Bengals do place Chase on injured reserve, he would miss at least four games and wouldn't be eligible to play until Dec. 4 against the Chiefs. 

Taylor acknowledged that the Bengals are still gathering information about the injury. 

Chase wasn't at team facilities on Thursday or Friday.
