Bills Release Friday Injury Report, Stefon Diggs OUT for Patriots Prep?

The Buffalo Bills are looking healthier headed into Sunday's meeting with the New England Patriots.

The Buffalo Bills released their injury report from Friday's practice and are looking much healthier headed into Sunday's meeting the New England Patriots at Highmark Stadium.

After having all but one player not listed as "limited" or "DNP" on Thursday, nearly every player on the injury report was listed as a full participant on Friday.

Receiver Stefon Diggs was a glaring exception, as he popped up with a DNP despite practicing on Thursday. However, his absence from Friday's practice is simply due to what the team is calling "veteran rest."

Here's the full report:

QB Josh Allen (elbow, ankle) - FULL

WR Stefon Diggs (rest) - OUT

LB Tyrel Dodson (knee) - FULL

CB Taron Johnson (concussion) - FULL

TE Dawson Knox (hip) - FULL

CB Cam Lewis (forearm) - FULL

LB Matt Milano (knee) - FULL

DT Jordan Phillips (shoulder) - FULL

S Jordan Poyer (knee/rest) - FULL

G Rodger Saffold (rest) - DNP (Thursday)

Johnson, who exited Monday's game against the Cincinnati Bengals to be evaluated for a head injury, is now listed as a full participant after a short recovery. Poyer, who has been dealing with a torn meniscus, was out for Thursday's practice due to rest, but was a full participant on Friday.

A highly-motivated Bills team will now look to play for safety Damar Hamlin, who continues to recover after suffering from cardiac arrest against the Bengals.

The Bills (12-3) and Patriots (8-8) are set to kickoff at 1 p.m. ET on Sunday from Highmark Stadium.
