Bills Schedule Leak: London Game Date Revealed Early?
The Buffalo Bills are set to find out their full schedule for the 2023 season on Thursday, May 11 per reports, but an easy Google search potentially reveals a major date for Buffalo a week ahead of time.
According to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium website, the venue that hosts the NFL’s London games, the Bills are on the events schedule for Sunday, Oct. 8 at 2:30 p.m, though an opponent is not listed. This time and date may not be official, but it’s the closest thing to an announcement as we’ll get before the actual schedule release.
One Twitter user helped point out how easy it was to view the info, which was likely released earlier than intended.
The 2:30 p.m. start time is likely local London time, as NFL games played in Europe usually kick off early in the morning before the 12 p.m. CT time slot begins.
The site also has the Tennessee Titans listed for an appearance on Sunday, Oct. 15.
Buffalo already knows its opponents for next season. It’s unclear whether the London game will be considered a “home” contest for the Bills, but the Jacksonville Jaguars are London’s darlings and are listed as a home matchup for Buffalo. It’s possible the Jags draw the assignment with the Bills.
Nine homes games:
- Dallas Cowboys
- New York Giants
- Denver Broncos
- Las Vegas Raiders
- Tampa Bay Buccaneers
- Jacksonville Jaguars
- New York Jets
- Miami Dolphins
- New England Patriots
Eight away games:
- Kansas City Chiefs
- Los Angeles Chargers
- Philadelphia Eagles
- Washington Commanders
- Cincinnati Bengals
- New York Jets
- Miami Dolphins
- New England Patriots
