NFLPA Report Card: Bills 'Significantly Lag Behind' in Three Areas

The Buffalo Bills dropped slightly in this year's NFLPA Report Card after finishing ninth in 2023.

After finishing ninth in the NFL in the NFL Player Association's inaugural report card in 2023, the Buffalo Bills dropped two spots to 11th this season.

The team's weight room, strength coaches and owner Terry Pegula received favorable reviews, but three areas needed significant improvement: team travel, training staff and diet.

The weight room received the highest grade of A+ for Buffalo, while team travel got the worst grade of a D.

"Less than half of the players who responded feel like they have a comfortable amount of personal space when traveling, which is the lowest for any team in the NFL," NFLPA writes. "The players expressed frustration in their responses that the biggest people (the players) must sit in the smallest seats, while the coaches and auxiliary staff get to sit in first class."

Nutrition and diet received a D+, the Bills' second-worst grade, and 29th in the league.

"Just 54% of players feel like they get an individualized plan from their dietician, which ranks 30th across the league," NFLPA writes.
