Bills Offensive Depth Chart Going into Draft; Who Takes Reins at RB?

The Buffalo Bills have a few needs on the offensive side of the ball to figure out.

With the NFL Draft just days away, the Buffalo Bills are hoping to add some depth to the squad to help fortify their Super Bowl hopes.

Here's a look at the offensive depth chart ...

QB: Josh Allen, Kyle Allen, Matt Barkley

RB: Damien Harris, James Cook, Nyheim Hines

FB: Reggie Gilliam

WR: Stefon Diggs, Gabe Davis, Khalil Shakir, Trent Sherfield, Deonte Harty, Dezmon Patmon, Isaiah Coulter, KeeSean Johnson

TE: Dawson Knox, Quintin Morris, Zach Davidson

LT: Dion Dawkins, Tommy Doyle, Ryan Van Demark

LG: Connor McGovern, David Edwards

C: Mitch Morse, Greg Mancz

RG: Ryan Bates, Ike Boettger, Kevin Jarvis

RT: Spencer Brown, David Quessenberry, Alec Anderson

Going into the draft, it's clear that the Bills' biggest need on the offensive side of the ball is on the offensive line. Among the linemen, only Dion Dawkins and Spencer Brown were high draft picks the Bills made. Adding another one to boost the depth in the trenches will be huge.

It also wouldn't be a surprise to see Buffalo target a wide receiver at some point during the draft. With Gabe Davis a free agent at the end of the season, finding a potential solution should he leave is paramount.

The team also has to weigh in its defensive needs before figuring out if offense is the way to go, but it's clear the Bills will be filling a few holes to help Josh Allen this weekend.
