Bills Reveal Jersey Numbers For New Arrivals, RB Duo

The Buffalo Bills have welcomed multiple new additions this offseason. But both them and a few of the team's familiar faces will be getting some fresh jersey numbers.

With the 2023 NFL Draft on the horizon, the Buffalo Bills have finally started to put the pieces together on their roster via free agency after a somewhat quiet start to the new league year.

Buffalo has welcomed multiple new additions on offense. And on the team's official website, the Bills revealed the jersey numbers that these guys will wear for their first season in Orchard Park.

In addition, a few familiar Bills will have some fresh numerical threads as well.

In numerical order:

RB Nyheim Hines - No. 0*

RB James Cook - No. 4*

QB Kyle Allen - No. 9

WR Deonte Harty - No. 11

WR Trent Sherfield - No. 16

S Taylor Rapp - No. 20

RB Damien Harris - No. 22

S Zayne Anderson - No. 38

OL Kevin Jarvis - No. 63

OG Connor McGovern - No. 66

The Bills seem to have heard all the chatter about the need for offensive depth and have made some nice additions as a result, as eight of these 10 guys play on offense.

Buffalo didn’t retain the likes of receiver Isaiah McKenzie, running back Devin Singletary or backup quarterback Case Keenum, but replaced them with guys like Sherfield, Harris and Allen. Additionally, though not at a skill position, McGovern provides a fresh and talented new face to an offensive line that needed youth and depth.

The Bills have yet to make a major splash both in the trade market and free agency, but a move like that could be on the horizon as the draft approaches. But if not, Buffalo has acquired the depth, experience and talent necessary to keep what was already an elite roster in contention in the AFC.
