Buffalo Bills Shutting Down New York Jets, Lead at Halftime
Looking to begin a critical final stretch of their season, the Buffalo Bills hosted the New York Jets at Highmark Stadium on Sunday and led ()-() headed into halftime.

At the half, Bills quarterback Josh Allen was 14 of 24 passing for 128 yards. He connected with rookie tight end Dalton Kincaid for a team-high six catches for 46 yards. Bills running back James Cook had a nice first half with nine carries for 50 yards and two catches for 14 yards and a touchdown.
Jets quarterback Zach Wilson was a woeful 5 of 12 passing for 67 yards and an interception, but found running back Breece Hall for a nine-yard touchdown with 45 seconds left in the half.
As the Bills begin to settle into the coaching changes made this week, it wasn't the first half they might've liked, but it was certainly a fitting start to the game considering what
Buffalo got a field goal on its first possession thanks to the turnover. The offense stalled in the red zone, but a field goal after a quick takeaway was how Buffalo needed to start.
The Bills added another Tyler Bass field goal after a 14-play drive on their second possession, but once again came up short inside New York's 20-yard line.
Due to the Jets' inability to move the ball, the Bills technically had a two-possession lead as the second half winded down, but had to be disappointed with the offense's performance through two quarters.
Luckily, Rasul Douglas' first interception as a member of the Bills led to Buffalo's first touchdown, as Cook caught a five-yard touchdown pass to extend the lead to 16-0.
However, the Jets responded with a late touchdown to Hall.
