'Sleepyhead!' Buffalo Bills QB Josh Allen Problem in London vs. Jaguars: More Coffee or More Naps?

Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen has a problem not uncommon to those who travel on business, especially when it comes to traveling from continent to continent.

As the Bills work to find a way to engineer a win over the Jacksonville Jaguars this Sunday at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in London, the MVP candidate QB is working to find a way to sleep. And to wake up. And to do it all in a way that makes sense for his body clock in a vastly new time zone.

Allen is revealing that he's "caffeined out" at the moment as he tries to get his mind and body right. Too much caffeine? Is there such a thing? There is to Allen because the perennial Pro Bowl quarterback isn't much of a coffee drinker. (This despite a while back having launched a coffee brand with his "JA'' name on it.)

Trevor Lawrence and the Jaguars figure to be challenge enough for the Bills ... and by the way, the Jags played in England last week, so they are well beyond having to find a way to adjust, giving them a Sunday edge.

Dolphins ‘Tired of Losing to Buffalo!’ Bills Crush Miami

How do the Bills - who are entering Week 5 with a hot hand after dismantling the speedy Dolphins last week at home by a score of 48-20 - combat that? Allen admitted that while he tried, he didn't get much sleep on the plane ride to London. Meanwhile, star receiver Stefon Diggs added that he doesn’t sleep much in general and could therefore suit up to play immediately if needed, no more adjustments needed.

Maybe Diggs - who comically referred to Allen as a “sleepyhead” multiple times - can advise the QB on how to best prep Sunday's game against the Jaguars. More sleep? More caffeine? Less "sleepyhead''?
