Bills offensive lineman Ty Nsekhe was carted off the field Sunday during the Bills 37-20 win over Miami.

In the third quarter, Nsekhe injured his ankle on a block and appeared to be in a lot of pain as he remained down on the field.

His right ankle was immobilized in an air cast and he was carted off the field and did not return.

The Bills public relations staff confirmed it was an ankle injury and the offensive lineman was listed as doubtful for the remainder of the game. Buffalo head coach Sean McDermott was not asked about the injury in his post game press conference.

Nsekhe joined the Bills in March after a four-year stint with the Redskins. He is a veteran in the league, having played since 2012 for five NFL teams. He has also played for a handful of Arena Football League teams.

This season Nsekhe has been rotating on the offensive line with rookie Cody Ford. Ford played the remainder of the game following the injury.
