Only one member of the Denver Broncos' 2023 NFL draft class remains unsigned after Tuesday revealed that second-round wideout Marvin Mims Jr. has agreed to terms. 9NEWS' Mike Klis provided some details on Mims' deal.

"Source confirms Broncos have reached agreement with 2nd-rd WR Marvin Mims on 4-year contract. He’ll get roughly $1.4 million signing bonus as part of $6.1 million total value. (Per Spotrac)," Klis tweeted on Tuesday

The only draft pick still unsigned is third-round linebacker Drew Sanders, who was arguably the story of Broncos rookie minicamp over the weekend. It's unclear what might be holding up negotiations, as these draft-pick contracts are slotted and fairly standard, with little room for argument, per the NFL/NFLPA collective bargaining agreement.

In his final season with the Oklahoma Sooners, Mims totaled 54 receptions for 1,083 yards and six touchdowns. It was quite the spike in production after he notched 1,315 receiving yards combined over his first two years at Oklahoma, with 14 scores.

There's a lot to like about Mims, as Broncos GM George Paton detailed, after trading up into the second round to draft the wideout with 4.38 speed.

"The way he tracks the ball in the hands, the toughness in the run game for a guy who’s not that big," Paton said. "His transition after the catch on those screens. We just feel for his size, he’s really tough.”
