The Cleveland Browns, caught in a 10-6 battle in the second quarter of their game with the Tennessee Titans, saw their left tackle Greg Robinson get ejected after he kicked an opponent in the head. Emblematic of everything for the Browns after their successful first drive, the Browns have been undisciplined, unable to control themselves and have looked downright dirty at times.

The Browns had multiple unsportsmanlike conduct, dead ball penalties in the first half. Beyond Robinson's kick, Myles Garrett went open hand to the face of Delanie Walker.

Kendall Lamm steps in at left tackle to replace Robinson, who really isn't a big downgrade, which was both a prudent signing by John Dorsey in the offseason but also illustrates how iffy their offensive tackle position is as Chris Hubbard is the team's starting right tackle and not particularly good in his own right.

More than anything, it just means the Browns are shorthanded the rest of the game as they cannot sustain an injury to an offensive tackle without having to shuffle the line. It's bad on every level from the lack of discipline to losing a player to the overall vibe of a team with lofty expectations this year.
