Browns' Week 15 Rooting Guide
The Browns' playoff chances increase to 92 percent with a win over the Bears on Sunday. They are very much in control of their own destiny and still have an outside chance at winning the entire AFC North.
However, the results of this week can still help the Browns out as they make a push for the playoffs. Here are the games that we are rooting for:
- Minnesota over Cincinnati (1:00pm on Saturday)
- Colts over Steelers (4:30 pm on Saturday)
- Lions over Broncos (8:15 pm on Saturday)
- Titans over Texans (1:00 pm on Sunday)
- Jaguars over Ravens (8:20 pm on Sunday)
Saturday is a huge day for the AFC as a whole. The three games that are going to kick off on Saturday will have huge implications for the AFC Playoffs.
Getting started with a Vikings upset victory over the Bengals would make their road to the playoffs tough. The Bengals are playing so well right now with Jake Browning that they are not only thinking playoffs, they are thinking about making a run.
The big ones start in the second Saturday game with the Colts and Steelers. The Browns own the tiebreaker over the Colts so we are rooting for them to take down the Steelers. A loss would end the Steelers' hopes on making the postseason altogether.
The Lions taking down the Broncos would do the same thing for Denver. It would end their season for all intents and purposes which would be great for Cleveland. The Broncos own the tiebreaker over Cleveland so getting them out of the playoffs is the next big step.
CJ Stroud is questionable for Houston as he is still in concussion protocol. As we gear up to face them next week, having their playoff hopes slashed would be great for Cleveland now and for our trip to Houston.
The big one on Sunday Night is between the Jaguars and the Ravens. If Jacksonville can find a way to take the Ravens down, the Browns would move to one game back of the AFC North and the Ravens still have the Dolphins and 49ers left on their schedule.
This is the rooting guide for all Browns fans for a huge week in the AFC. The action kicks off at 1:00pm on Saturday.
