The Cleveland Browns have completed their 2023 draft class, selecting seven players despite not having a first or second round pick. The Browns made one trade before the draft and one during the draft, moving their final pick.

74. Cedric Tillman, WR Tennessee

- Physical receiver with size and the potential to be a true X.

98. Siaki Ika, DT Baylor

- Mammoth sized, two-gapping nose tackle that has shown a knack for generating pressure in the passing game.

111. Dawand Jones, OT Ohio State

- Planet sized offensive tackle with rare length and power.

126. Isaiah McGuire, DE Missouri

- Base end with power that has excelled as a run defender while offering upside as a pass rusher.

140. Dorian Thompson-Robinson, QB UCLA

- Athletic quarterback with a strong arm who has a ton of playing experience at the collegiate level.

142. Cameron Mitchell, CB Northwestern

- Man corner with tons of special teams experience who profiles to be able to play inside or outside.

190. Luke Wypler, C Ohio State

- Undersized but athletic technician who profiles to fit a zone run scheme.

Trades

- Browns traded pick 42 in the second round to New York Jets for pick 74 in the third round and wide receiver Elijah Moore. The Jets traded the pick to the Green Bay Packers as part of a package for quarterback Aaron Rodgers. The Packers selected tight end Luke Musgrave from Oregon State.

- Browns traded pick 229 in the seventh round to Baltimore Ravens for 2024 sixth round pick. The Ravens selected USC offensive guard Andrew Voorhees.
