Micah Parsons "Cleveland's Defense Wins Championships"

Star NFL pass rusher Micah Parsons has some very high praise for the Browns.

The Cleveland Browns are coming off an impressive win over the Titans to improve their record to 2-1. With the defense playing at a historic clip through the first three games of the season, many analysts have taken notice.

Now, there is an elite edge rusher on the same par as Myles Garrett who has taken notice as well. Dallas Cowboys star pass rusher Micah Parsons has obviously been aware of the Browns and what they’ve accomplished through the first three weeks of the season. 

During a podcast on B/R Gridiron, Parsons listed his top four AFC teams. In it he listed the Browns as his number three team behind only the Dolphins and Chiefs.

 When it comes to the Browns he said, "Three, we gotta go with Cleveland. Cleveland's defense just wins championships, I mean defense always wins championships. I don't care what no-one says, you know the Chiefs defense got the stop on Hurts and at the end of the day, they won that game. So defense always wins championships, so I'm going to go with the Cleveland Browns. If Deshaun Watson can keep clicking and that defense can keep clicking, we are seeing a great Cleveland Browns team."

That is some pretty high praise from a player who understands the game and who many believe is among the best pass rushers in the game. Hopefully, the Browns can keep clicking and climb even higher up his list.
