The Dawg Pound Difference Is Real and Is Needed On Sunday

Cleveland welcomes the Chicago Bears back home for the penultimate regular season home game on Sunday. Again, Kevin Stefanski called on the Dawg Pound to show up and make a difference
In this story:

The Cleveland Browns are a different team at Cleveland Browns Stadium. They have the second-best record in all of the NFL at home and they need to continue that on Sunday against the Chicago Bears.

In his end-of-the-week press conference, Kevin Stefanski called on the Dawg Pound to show up for this team on Sunday. He said,

"We are looking forward to being in front of our fans. They have made a huge, huge, huge difference in these ballgames and I expect that this week as well."

Sunday has the potential to be one of those old-school Cleveland-type of ball games. As of Friday night, the forecast is calling for just north of 40 degrees at kickoff and rain from start to finish.

Whether that bodes well for the Browns or the Bears we will find out. But regardless, any visitor to Cleveland Browns Stadium is met with a rude welcome and this week needs to be no different.

Cleveland has a plus 56-point differential and has outgained opponents by 818 yards at home on the season. They leave nothing to be desired when the visiting team walks out of those doors, a real home-field advantage.

Sunday will be a unique challenge for the Browns. The Bears enter action on the outside looking into the playoffs but if they can pull off the win, they give themselves hope for the rest of the season.

This team will be playing with nothing to lose whereas the Browns, need just two more wins to clinch their way into the playoffs.

It won't be easy after all of the injury news broke this week, but they must get it done. This team is too talented to have this season go to waste.

We know that the players will be ready. The fans need to do their part for the Browns to get the job done and move to nine-and-five.
