What Are Browns’ Super Bowl Odds In 2025?
The 2024 NFL Conference Championship weekend is officially upon us, but oddsmakers have already begun to turn their eyes toward the 2025 Super Bowl.
Betting odds for next year’s Super Bowl have already been posted by DraftKings, and the Cleveland Browns opened in a tie with the Rams for the 17th-best odds in the league at +3500.
The Browns’ Super Bowl odds are the 10th-best in the AFC and third-best in the AFC North. The Ravens (+950) and Bengals (+1200) were all given shorter odds than the Browns, while the Steelers (+7500) sit closer to the bottom of the league.
For what it’s worth, the Super Bowl odds are slightly better than what the Browns opened up prior to the 2023 season, which was at around +4500. Cracking the playoffs certainly gave them a boost, but they’re not as highly ranked as other 2023 playoff teams due to the lingering questions about Deshaun Watson’s play — especially after a return from a season-ending injury to his throwing shoulder that required surgery — as well as a the crowded landscape of talented teams in the AFC who are led by top-tier quarterbacks.
Outside of more consistent play from Watson, the Browns also will need to show they learned something from their 45-14 blowout loss to the Texans in the Wild Card Round. The defeat exposed flaws the Browns defense seemingly carried on the road all season despite building the top-ranked unit in the league for most of the year.
