With The NFL Draft Order Finalized, Where Are The Browns Picking?

After handing out compensatory picks on Friday, the draft order is officially set as Cleveland now knows where they'll pick in each round.

For the third straight year the Cleveland Browns will enter the NFL Draft without a first round pick.

The Houston Texans own their 2024 first rounder as the final of three firsts that Cleveland surrendered as part of the Deshaun Watson trade in 2022.

On Friday, the NFL announced the full slate of compensatory picks – rewarded to teams that lost more compensatory free agents than they gained in the previous offseason. The bonus picks can also be earned when minority coaches or front office personnel are hired away from your team in head coach and general manager roles. The rewarded picks always fall between the third and seventh rounds of the draft.

Cleveland didn't earn any compensatory selections this year based on the formula used to calculate and distribute the extra selections. Super Bowl runner up San Francisco along with the Los Angeles Rams walked away with the most picks with five a piece. Philadelphia came away with four while a handful of teams earned three. Cleveland rivals Cincinnati and Baltimore earned two and one respectively.

Round 2, Pick 22 - 54

Round 3, Pick 21 - 85

Round 5, Pick 1 - 135

Round 5, Pick 21 - 155
