The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have won two straight games and are back in control of their own destiny ahead of the final stretch of the regular season. The team is doing some housekeeping to shore up its 53-man roster and practice squad prior to traveling to Green Bay.

On Tuesday, the Buccaneers signed long snapper Evan Deckers to the practice squad. In the process, the team released linebacker Vi Jones in order to make room for Deckers on the roster. His addition comes in the aftermath of the revelation that starting long snapper Zach Triner is dealing with an elbow injury.

Tampa Bay is quite familiar with Deckers as he was with the team until the final round of cuts during the preseason. If Triner is unable to play against the Packers, the rookie will be activated for the first game of his professional career.

The Buccaneers also signed rookie cornerback Keenan Isaac back to the practice squad after releasing him on Monday. According to JC Allen of BucsGameday, the team will be promoting veteran wide receiver David Moore to the active roster in order to free up a spot for Isaac on the practice squad.

Isaac has spent his first season in Tampa Bay bouncing between the 53-man roster and the practice squad. He's appeared in two games while playing mostly on special teams. As for Moore, this will be his first time being promoted to the active roster after signing with the Buccaneers over the offseason. He's been sitting on the PS since the conclusion of training camp but his familiar with offensive coordinator Dave Canales after playing under him in Seattle earlier in his career.

The Buccaneers and Packers will kick off at 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, December 17 and the game will televised on CBS. Green Bay is coming off an upset loss to the New York Giants.
