Former Buccaneers Head Coach To Be Honored By Sports Club of Tampa Bay

Tampa Bay's winningest coach continues to be honored in the region.

No Tampa Bay Buccaneers head coach won football games like Bruce Arians did, and he's continuing to be honored in the Tampa Bay region.

Arians was recently made a member of the Bucs' Ring of Honor in 2022 (the latest member to be inducted), but now he'll receive a new honor. The Sports Club of Tampa Bay, which dedicates itself to the support of youth participation in sports in the Tampa Bay area, announced that Arians will be elected as a member of its Hall of Fame class in 2024.

Arians will join some notable names in the induction. Other inductees include former Tampa Bay Bandits head coach Steve Spurrier, former WWE wrestler and Gators football player Titus O'Neil and sportscaster Erin Andrews.

Arians has certainly made his mark on Tampa Bay's history. He is only the second coach to win a Super Bowl with the Bucs behind Jon Gruden and currently serves as the franchise's winningest head coach, finishing with a record of 31-18. He coached Tom Brady for two years when Brady was quarterback in Tampa Bay.

Now, Arians serves as a senior football executive in Tampa Bay. He's certainly received his flowers for his three-year tenure with the Bucs, and those honors will probably continue for years to come.
