The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are just a few weeks away from their 2023 NFL Draft and not long away from minicamps. Even though the Bucs need to make a splash this offseason in various ways including the draft, there has been heavy anticipation for a certain jersey uniform combination to make its return.

On Wednesday, the Buccaneers' social team released a teaser for the throwback creamsicle uniforms. A fan favorite by many across the league is set to make its debut next season and it looks like the teasers are about to get rolling to rile up everyone to get their first glance.

The unique uniform combination was set to debut in 2022 but due to global supply challenges, they were delayed to 2023.

“It’s very important to our fan base, as well as the Glazer family and our entire organization,” Chief Operating Officer Brian Ford said last June about the uniforms returning. “We love to kind of reminisce and play some ’70s and ’80s music and bring out the big pom-poms and the creamsicle. So it’s not a question of if, it’s just when, and we’ll definitely keep you posted.”

Vintage wear has been a trend in clothing for the last couple of years so the creamsicles making their comeback with throwback logos is perfect timing. These uniforms were a featured color set from 1976-1996 until making another return through the 2009-2012 seasons. Since then we have not seen them worn after the Buccaneers' organization decided to go with a new design set with Nike.
