Though Brady spent the final three years of his career with the Buccaneers, making the postseason each year and winning a Super Bowl, the bulk of his success came with the Patriots.

Brady guided the Patriots to six Super Bowls in nine appearances, winning the MVP in the championship game five separate times. He was also a three-time NFL MVP, a three-time first-team All-Pro nominee, a two-time NFL Offensive Player of the Year and 14-time Pro Bowler. To say the least, people call him the GOAT for a reason.

In total, he completed 6377/9988 passes (63.8%) for 74,571 yards with 179 touchdowns to 99 interceptions during the regular season with New England. In the playoffs, he completed 1025/1626 passes (63%) for 11,388 with 73 touchdowns to 35 interceptions. Brady compiled a 30-11 record in the playoffs.

Following his second retirement in as many years, New England responded to the announcement by thanking Brady yet again. The franchise honored him in 2022 following his initial decision to step away from the game and didn't miss the mark this time around. The Patriots also posted a video compilation of highlights from his time with the team.
