Tampa Bay Buccaneers' quarterback Baker Mayfield isn't lighting it up by any means this season, but he has played well and above the line of what many Bucs' fans anticipated. He hasn't been all consistent, but has shown the ability to make plays when they are most needed.

The Buccaneers didn't bring Mayfield into the organization to just become the team's starting quarterback just because of his play on the field, but it is the intangibles, his moxie, and veteranship, that the team coveted likely above all else following the Tom Brady era in Tampa Bay.

Mayfield and the Bucs found themselves in an all-important battle against the Atlanta Falcons on Sunday afternoon for the right to take first place in the NFC South. With a loss, Tampa Bay would pretty much be eliminated from playoff contention, but with the help of a huge drive to end the game spearheaded by Baker, the Bucs were able to come away with a huge victory that greatly increased their chances of making the postseason.

Just a couple of minutes through the halfway point of the third quarter, Mayfield was able to help lead the Bucs on a touchdown drive that gave them a nine-point lead, and following the extra point, Baker could be seen expressing the fiery passion on the sidelines with his offensive linemen - even leading to a headbutt to the chest of guard Nick Leverett.
