Cardinals-Broncos Preseason Tickets are CHEAP
GLENDALE -- The Arizona Cardinals are set to begin one of their final training camp practices here at State Farm Stadium in just a few hours. Their last practice will be Wednesday before a walk-thru Thursday ahead of Friday's preseason matchup against the Denver Broncos.
It's empty now, though it won't be when the Cardinals take the field on Friday night. Though it's "just" preseason action, fans are excited to watch live action football again.
If you're looking for tickets - you can get them for relatively cheap. The cheapest ticket found on Seat Geek as of Sunday was only $3, and if you were trying to get to the lower level, $20 will get the job done.
That excludes fees, and the top tier players won't play long if at all, but the admission price is far cheaper than most entertainment options that night.
Though we're unsure if the Cardinals will be playing their starters, Broncos head coach Sean Payton did confirm in a recent interview that the team would be playing their guys.
“I haven’t shelled it out yet, but they’re going to play … We’ll figure out the snaps. We typically break the game into three phases, first, second and third phase and then special teams we might just have two phases, but we’ll have a plan, especially as we get into next week," Payton said via The Denver Post.
When asked last week on how the Cardinals would approach the preseason, head coach Jonathan Gannon offered the following:
"Case by case basis. Every team's a different team. Every player is a different player. So, those conversations are going on now. But we'll make that decision collectively with the player, make sure he understands why the decision is made and we'll go from there."
Whoever plays on Friday, you can see them for pennies on the dollar of a regular NFL game.
