ARIZONA -- Free agency frenzy has begun, and the Arizona Cardinals are already active.

NFL insider Tom Pelissero is reporting the Cardinals are bringing back OL Trystan Colon on a one-year, $1.75 million deal with $450K guaranteed, and a max of $2M with incentives.

The Cardinals have previously signed L.J. Collier, Jesse Luketa and Carter O'Donnell prior to Sunday. Arizona has also tendered Greg Dortch but he's yet to officially sign it.

Colon - 25 - went undrafted in 2020 and joined the Baltimore Ravens as a UDFA before joining the New York Jets last season. Colon was waived in final roster cuts by the Jets before being signed by the Cardinals.

Colon played in 14 games for Arizona and started four last season, rotating on an offensive line that was fairly inconsistent at left guard. Elijah Wilkinson, who is also hitting free agency, spent time at the position too.

Arizona entered free agency with over $56 million to spend, according to Over The Cap, though their "effective" cap space was closer to $40 million when taking their upcoming draft class into account.

Speaking of their draft class, the Cardinals have double digit picks in the 2024 NFL Draft with six in the first three rounds.
