Cardinals Rival Signing Three-Time Pro Bowl Player
ARIZONA -- The NFC West is already full of strong defensive talent, and the Arizona Cardinals may have another top name to worry about within the division.
According to NFL Media's Ian Rapoport, the Seattle Seahawks are signing three-time Pro Bowl defensive end Frank Clark. Financial details of the deal are not yet known.
Clark still has to pass a physical, but according to Rapoport, he will be added to the 53-man roster.
Clark was initially a second-round pick by Seattle back in 2015, where he played in the famous Legion of Boom defense. He stayed with the team through the 2018 season before he was traded to the Kansas City Chiefs.
Last March, Kansas City released Clark and he later signed with the Broncos. Denver released him on Oct. 14 after he played in just two games for the team.
Clark - alongisde his Pro Bowl resume - is also a two-time Super Bowl champion.
Now, he arrives to a Seahawks front that already houses names such as Dre'Mont Jones, Jarran Reed, Boye Mafe, Jordyn Brooks and Bobby Wagner.
Through six games, the Seahawks are 4-2, recently defeating the Cardinals in 20-10 fashion in Seattle. The two sides will play each other in the desert on Jan. 7.
