Jonathan Gannon Shares Short Message for Arizona Cardinals Fans

New Arizona Cardinals head coach Jonathan Gannon shared a brief message with fans after he agreed to a five-year contract with the team.

PHOENIX -- Jonathan Gannon is here.

The Arizona Cardinals made their hire official on Tuesday, just two days after the Philadelphia Eagles' 38-35 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs in Super Bowl LVII.

Gannon stayed behind to interview with the Cardinals and didn't get an opportunity to get on the plane back to Philadelphia after two days of conversations with owner Michael Bidwill and general manager Monti Ossenfort.

Beating out other candidates in Lou Anarumo and Mike Kafka, Gannon inked a five-year deal with the Cardinals and was able to offer a short but sweet message to those in the Red Sea:

"What's up Bird Gang? Jonathan Gannon, your new head coach, Arizona Cardinals. Ready to get to work. Buckle up. We're gonna have some fun - see you soon," said Gannon.
