Coming into today's game against the Green Bay Packers, the Los Angeles Chargers receiving core has been decimated by injuries.

Scoring the first touchdown for LA today was second-year tight end Stone Smartt who went undrafted in the 2022 NFL draft.

Smartt, is filling in for injured tight end Gerald Everett today as he is out with an injury.

Early in the second quarter, quarterback Justin Herbert connected with Smartt on a 52-yard passing touchdown that featured Smartt dodging past a Packers defender for six, making it his first career touchdown.

So far, Smartt has played a good portion of this game and this touchdown has been his only catch of the game.

The Chargers are currently up 10-7 against the Packers.
