New Chargers LB Compares 2023 Roster to Luxury Car

Great choice of car, Eric!

The Chargers upgraded their linebacker position this offseason, and they did that by signing All-Pro linebacker Eric Kendricks. Kendricks will enter his first season as a Charger after spending his first eight seasons in Minnesota. 

His football skills are undeniable; he's accomplished so much in his time in the NFL; however, his knowledge of cars is also undeniable. The 31-year-old appeared on the Chargers Unleashed podcast earlier this week to discuss various topics, and cars were brought up. The Chargers' new linebacker is a car savant and was asked what exotic car his team would be with him.  He's what he had to say. 

"With me, let's be a Porsche Turbo S. The new 992 style; you got the turbo that kicks in late in the powerband. Also, the durability and the precision, I would say that. You can't go wrong with a Porsche; it's one of the better car brands out there."

The Chargers are a team filled with talent on both sides of the ball, and could be explosive when they need to be. The Porsche Turbo S is just the car the Chargers need to emulate to be successful this season. The new 992 style has more power, greater performance, improved agility, and is one of the most luxurious cars in the market; sound familiar? 

The Bolts will need all that the Porsche offers and more to be a great team this season , and we can't wait to see if they replicate that car.
